The Old Man & The Sea

The Old Man & The Sea has a powerful theme to it. enjoyed the book because the main character Santiago tries to find a fish that no one would accept him to find. During his journey at sea he runs into some trouble , but manage to face them. Many sharks tries to eat the fish , but Santiago does not stand a chance to let them get to it. The book proved me wrong because I thought the old man was going to die at sea , but he did not. The old man was loyal to the boy because he told the boy he was coming back and manage to do so.
