First Post of The Chosen and HTRLLAP

Yesterday, during my reading of "The Chosen", I found something that kept coming up... the color white. I know that Reuven is at a hospital but everything doesn't have to have to be white. I mean the walls could have been a light blue. I also found that Potok used irony by making a blind kid tell Reuven that he needs to be careful with his eyes. After reading "How to Read Literature Like a Professor" I discovered that Chaim Potok is actually trying to say that Reuven is blinded by his anger towards Danny Saunders. I still have to discover what he is trying to say with the color white.
