Who would of thought that Danny Saunders would be so cold hearted. Danny has a little brother that might be sick his whole life, but all Danny cares about is himself not becoming a rabbi. In chapter 12 of The Chosen, Danny said that he actually feels pity for his little brother, as he explains to Reuven that if he does not become a rabbi then his little brother could simply take fill in the slot of being a rabbi. Danny just does not have the guts to tell his father yet.
