My feelings about the chosen

I believe that The Chosen is a great book, do to the fact that the chosen builds lots of suspense around the war and how it is affecting Danny's life. Also it uses humor with tragic actions to show the emotional side of each character, and because of this two of our characters are enemies. In addition, The book shows how life is America is being affected by WW2, which is unique because every book i read about WW2 was about the changes in life in Europe. I believe that the religion dispute and characters interactions is all part of the plot due too WW2.
